Skillet Bacon Jam Review

When I first heard of Skillet Bacon Jam, I HAD to try it. I love bacon… I love jam… but together? I didn’t know what to expect! After receiving the jam for review, I don’t believe I went more than a few minutes before opening it and searching for something to eat it with. Skillet Bacon Jam had a bit of a smoky smell and reminded me of a summer barbeque. When I looked at the ingredients, I really could not figure out what gave it this delicious smell but it was there! The first thing that I put the bacon jam on was a cracker with delicious cheese – YUMMM.  There is a sweetness to it just like a jam but it was completely savory at the same time.
