Tuckaroo Bib Review

Tuckaroo Bib Logo Bib Reinvented

We all know how messy kids can be in their early ages when eating. There is food on the floor, food on their clothes, and sometimes even food on the ceiling (I know you have had one of those days!). Baby Delicious Inc. has come up with a brilliant idea of a bib – the Tuckaroo.  The Tuckaroo has a little flap (“the roo”) that tucks inside your child’s collar while the bib hangs down as usual. I even found the Tuckaroo to be much wider than the average bib so it covered more area. The Tuckaroo is also waterproof so whatever ends up falling through the imaginary hole in every child’s lip wont soak through the bib and onto their clothes.

Tuckaroo Bib

I found the Tuckaroo to be extremely useful. My son can be pretty messy when he eats – he loves exploring the textures of each food he gets his hands on and demands to only feed himself. So, as most mommies know, this can get disastrous. After putting the Tuckaroo on him and letting him go at it, I was pretty surprised at how well the bib worked. There was a ton of food stuck on the bib but when the bib was removed, nothing had soaked through to his clothing. Now, I just need to get a bib for every meal of the day!

The Tuckaroo comes in sizes for each stage your baby goes through: newborn, infant, and toddler. Be sure to check them out!

So how does it stand up to the eating habits of a 1 year old? The bib held its own! My son did not seem to even notice the extra fabric inside his shirt and when I took off the bib after lunch, no stains! The bib was covered in the juice from his oranges (along with the rest of his lunch), but none of the juice made it down his chest onto the inside of his clothes or the neck of his shirt. The bib caught up the juice and the waterproof lining kept anything from working its way through the bib onto his clothes.
